My midwife Alex Taylor was very very helpful. She knew exactly what I want, offered me a fan, Iced water and cold towel when I was in labour. She is a star. All the staff is really very caring and responsible.
The only improvement can be done is the rooms should be more ventilated and the temperature of the room should be according to the weather.
