Most of the staff were caring but the nurse during the night doing my obs was rough and spoke rudely to people. She pulled my arm hard and even left a bruise when doing my blood pressure. I could hear her speak rudely to an older lady in the next room too. Not a caring individual at all.
Suggested improvements
I felt I was not informed of results unless I asked or told when a Dr would see me felt like a long wait for anything. I was there hours before I actually had a nebuliser
