I had top quality treatment and care from the surgeons to the cleaners.
The surgeons kept me informed all the way through the procedure,, pre and post op.
The nurses where very attentive.
The porters and X-Ray staff were excellent.
The catering department were cheerful and polite as were the cleaning staff.
Painful procedure made less traumatic by the aftercare.
Other hospitals I have attended would do well to learn from your management methods as they are seriously lagging behind your standards.
