Not one person washed their hands or wore or changed gloves Staff were rude and appeared too busy to show even minimal interest in patients care Hospitals itself was very dirty Staff complain to patients about other staff members Moved from one are to another with no update on care plan or even why being moved

Suggested improvements
Improvements need to be made in every area and aspect of the patient experience from the moment you enter up until the the moment you step back out into the freedom of fresh air
