A&e needs to be more fourt about the way that it is run is not good there is no bed in minors an not much seating an spaces for people with buggies i had the worse possible experience in there today an not one person asked if i was ok when i was sitting there crying in pain i had not pain killers at all an was only given something when i left 6 hours later
