It would have been a “very good” experience (rather than just good) if there was not a 90 minute delay in getting to see the doctor. Having said that I am totally aware the staff were under enormous pressure so it was not their fault. When patients are in a waiting area for more than one doctor and we see other patients arriving and leaving it can cause anxiety wondering if we have been missed from the list. My previous appointments at both Queen’s and King George’s, regarding this current problem, have all been very good and I was seen on time for each appointment.

Suggested improvements
It would have been better had we been kept up to date on the delay but as the previous answer the staff were so stretch it was just not possible.
