I was expecting this appointment for the last 5 months. My hope was to understand my injury and get a proper explanation about what to do to prevent further injuries. Instead, I was only given injections to reliefe the pain and not a single instruction on what to do on a daily basis. as the doctor was already delayed, he was more worry to keep checking his watch other than give a proper attention to the patient and instead of trying to uderstand my situation and perhaps find an alternative, he was jus following the book. If the injections doesn't work, we see what we can do.

Suggested improvements
book longer appointments where before the doctor calls for a patient, he/she has time to read the file and understand the situation other than just tick a box or meet the target to see x amount op people daily.
