Everyone that I met was extremely helpful and pleasant, from the Security in the Disabled parking to the nurses that we came into contact with. Although parking was rather difficult due to the amount of use the area has, we also found it a little difficult finding the parking as my daughter looked this up online and it sent us to another area which was not correct.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my anomaly scan with Rushaan today. I carry a bit (alot) of extra weight, something I'm so self conscious about but she was very respectful and treated me with the utmost respect. In addition to that she quickly reassured me when I'd come in with serious concerns and on top of that she took the care to explain to us what she was looking at every step of the way. I've had a good few pregancy experiences at Queens some positive some not so, I've never had a bad appointment in terms of care but this one was above and beyond, thank you Rushaan and Grace who I think was working with you. Also a huge thank you to the lovely lady on reception who greeted me when I arrived distressed thinking I was leaking fluid. She came in and checked on me whilst I was waiting and checked in after I was scanned. Just a lovely experience from start to finish, thanks so much.

Once assessed and confirmed I needed some urgent care I was swiftly moved between departments and treated very well by all involved

Waiting at urgent care the main hall is very echoey and it’s hard to hear name being called out

From the minute I arrived I was shown considerate care and attention, my procedure was explained in a way that I understood and overall experience was calm I felt very assured by staff thank you

Just as the questions asked, I found everyone involved in my care was kind, respectful and informative. I have no complaints.

The area I went to was tricky to find and quite overcrowded.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. Parking was a problem, but apart for that, everything was fine.

The nursing staff were amazing could not do enough, Even with me bing in a side room on my own they was always in seeing how I was, All the staff had smiles and very nice and pleasant to talk to. A very big thank u to all the hospital staff
