The staff here on Manarin B are amazing. Everyone has been so helpful and cheerful, despite being so short staffed. Dad and my family want to especially thank {} Rosie, Juan (and I think) kai who have always picked him up and made him smile. God bless you all, you do picked incredible job.
Suggested improvements
You need to pay your staff more, aligned with the importance of the job. If people are constantly put upon without appreciative reward, how do you ever expect more people to join thin invaluable profession?
