Everyone was very friendly, helpful and kind. Dr. Rana was amazing. I had a biopsy done elsewhere recently which was quite uncomfortable so was very nervous of having another. Dr. Rana was kind, reassuring and very efficient at her job - I barely felt a thing. Nurses Claudio and Jolly were perfect during the time I spent in recovery. Hospitals are a daunting place to go but my experience yesterday has allayed a lot of my fears.
