i was treated with so much kindness by all the staff but especially the nurse who treated me. i had a traumatic experience at my last sexual health appointment elsewhere and this muse at queens was so patient and kind to me, i have never felt more comfortable in a healthcare setting
i also didn’t wait long at all, which really surprised me
overall i’m so grateful for my experience
