I have a red alert card with me to show the urgency of my case, but the nurse on duty were very rude and biased. Quite unfriendly and not empathic. Honestly Queen's hospital Romford is a no no. I had to wait 4 hours to be attended to, after I showed the nurse my red alert card. He was just a very mean and unfriendly person.

Suggested improvements
The nurses should be friendly and show empathy towards patients. And speak to patients with respect. No one likes to visit the hospital and be treated badly. I was badly treated by Nurse Ben on Sunday at Queen's hospital Romford and would definitely write a complaint letter to hospital trust.
