Surprised by the fact that if still in the room and breastfeeding you're apparently not allowed more than 2 pillows not aren't allowed to have bed open or bed sheets/blankets when Dr's are calling for the check- breastfeeding means no sleep at night and it important to get it back whenever possible- definitely not impressed by the reply received as it is assured not being allowed.
The room was freezing cold during the whole stay and as per magic the air con has been snitched off when supposed to be discharged.
Nothing to say oh, stick which are extremely nice and knowledgeable.
