Prior to getting in I was disappointed I we waited to be seen for 2 hours even though my baby haven’t had any {} for 8 hours, which was a concern. This was mainly because of staff change day to night. However once in all staff were extremely helpful, polite, helpful and offered excellent care.
Suggested improvements
Patients need to be prioritized especially it there are concerns or patients are extremely worried, at the point of arrival. In our case staff handover to night staff was prioritized resulting in my daughter to {} longer.
