Could improve waiting time for drugs (she was very anxious) and communication between treatments could we improved- a lot of sitting around not knowing where are where in the queue.
Suggested improvements
Most staff communicated well with the patients who has a learning disability. Some need softer communication skills Mr. Savior/ saffer?- very good communication skills and very empathetic she saw her for eye rest and drugs (Altaf).
