Joey (my nurse) was exceptional in the care she delivered today; she always is. She makes sure to give me my pain relief on time and clearly communicates what she will be doing for me and any information that I need to know. She has made my stay bearable, despite being in pain, and I never have to worry when she is looking after me. Dr Alexis Rodríguez (the haematology registrar) came to examine me and prescribed all my medication, in a timely manner. He dealt with me with respect and also clearly communicated how he was going to care for me. Everyone at the Infusion Suite was very kind, polite and helpful.

Suggested improvements
Easier sign in process. Perhaps instead of signing in at Sundlower Suite reception, patient could come straight to the Infusion Suite. If patients still have to sign in at Sunflower Suite reception, Haematology CNS 's should make sure to inform receptionists and be ready to pick up when the receptionist call. I wrote the above statements because, at times, waiting takes a while at the reception due to the fact that CNS are not able to be reached.
