I am a pregnant woman and on my 24weeks of pregnancy I had chicken pox. I did not know that i didn’t have it when I was little , I didn’t know you can have chicken pox while pregnant. I got scared when I seen this blisters on my body , I call the 111 they were not able to give me any advice just to go to the GP, unfortunately was Saturday and the gp was closed till Monday . Saturday night I start to have a very high fever and I’ve panicked, I called again 111 and they sent me a form to complete and go to emergency. I ask my husband to drive me there and I entry the emergency care , I been waiting 1 hour for someone to notice me and to take my record and the blood pressure and temperature, After a nurse took my perimeters she send me to another room where was supposed to be a doctor, The doctor ask me what was the problem , I told him that I have blister all over my body , in my mouth and in my eyes as well, he asked me if I have a pictures with this blisters and I said no, but I can show it because they are on my body. He had a look and he did not know what it was , he went to ask another doctor … After few minutes he came back and he gave a me a green card and asking me to wait in there until someone will call me to be seen , I been waiting more than 5 hours , I was getting tired and my temperature was very high , no one called me inside. After my husband got very nervous and he start to get agitated saying that I was feeling very bad , a doctor call me inside the room, this “Doctor” was not even wearing the uniform , he was wearing shorts and a t-shirt , he asked me what was the problem, I start to explain again and to show my blisters , he said is something normal in pregnancy called , prurigo, some irritation of the skin because of an allergy. I’ve asked what was this diagnosis and how and from where comes from, he told me to GOOGLE IT and find more information on internet, he did not prescribed me anything, he send me home saying that will pass. Sunday I was worse, I couldn’t open my mouth or my eyes because the blisters were all over me , they were very painful but very. Sunday afternoon I went to another hospital in emergency, at King george Hospital , I had a worse experience than here . But about my experience to King George I will leave a review for them.

Suggested improvements
You have to change everything, you have to change the staff , get experienced doctors and treat the patients better. Is nothing good in this hospital regarding emergency !!!
