I went and had a colposcopy, accompanied by my husband and had a nice experience. It's my first time to do such a test so I was really nervous and also worried, but Dr Jane and her assistant are very kind and professional. First we talked about my smear test report while she explained the purpose of the colposcopy beforehand . Jane answered our questions and explained patiently, so I felt less worried to do the test.During the test me and my husband were guided and showed what is going on, and Dr Jane did everything as gentle as she could. The assistant nurse was really considerate during the process as well. After the test finished, Jane gave us more information about the test and explained what will be going on next.
Generally I am really happy with the experience and the staff there were so comforting and reliable.
