Everyone was very kind and talked nicely to her. They made sure she had plenty of options (eating) and that she's feeling safe and comfortable.
Suggested improvements
She needed a {} but one of them I felt that really overdid her expectation. My daughter needed the toilet and she let her us it with her foot in the door. I thought that it was really undignified.
