1) No complaints re CCU but when admitted I was in a ward without windows. No phone signal etc and my partner could not obtain any info for over 24 hours, nobody./n2) Use of mugs with plastic spouts.
Suggested improvements
Be above- (not relating to CCU) because of covid etc staff should ensure { } of kin are contacted and kept informed.
