The hospital appointment was 1st. class. The ncssary transport arrangements much less so. The ambulance was 35 mins early for pick-up, 1hr 50 mins for appointment. The neuropsychology doctor (Charlotte ?) rearranged things not to make the wait so long, though discharged early the ambulance was unavailable because the other intended passengers ( with an earlier, shorter appointment, refused to wait. This put the driver in a very difficult position.
