Everyone involved in my treatment was excellent
Suggested improvements
There was no need to attend this appointment to be told nothing was wrong. I had to take an afternoon off of work, arrange for my son to be collected from school as my parents were away and my husband on shift.
My daughter had fainted that morning and I had to leave her alone for 2 hours whilst I came to an appointment that took 2 minutes and could have been solved with a quick phone call. I took up the doctors vital time and another more needy patient will have had to wait longer.
I was promised a phone call within 2 weeks of the lump removal, after 6 weeks I rang and was told someone would ring me back, I then got several texts and emails calling me to an appointment 4 days later. I then spent 4 days thinking I was going to be told I had tongue cancer, instead of a 2 minute phone call saying all fine.
The treatment was excellent but the admin is a terrible mess
