It was always like you are on your own.

Suggested improvements
I don’t know but if staff in charge are more caring, be kind to let you know what is going on, what is next or what is causing delay or now and again check up on you to ask how are you feeling or what could they do to alleviate your situation. Some of us were on our own. No one to help buy food or stuff because you don’t want to leave the room just in case they call your name in your absence! I felt so sorry for myself because I was in pain and hungry at that time. Until I went to ask for pain medication before I was told that the doctor had already prescribed for me anyway. What! No one came to ask me?
