The only nurse that stood out to me was Sofina. Her care and kindness was much appreciated.
The team can improve on making sure they know the history of the patient.
Some nurses did not know mums history (i.e could not talk or how to give the medicines or what food).
I am upset with Eril also as they did not know the full history despite me telling both departments several times.
