I was referred to A&E by Urgent Treatment Centre to do a CT scan in my head to discard a mini-stroke. I have been waiting for over 18h to see a doctor before they could order the scan, they were calling about 1 patient per hour or even longer. I have asked for painkillers several times to the night team, they, said they would bring to me but never been administered painkiller until 4 hours later after I requested the morning team again. They were not helping patients or communicating about waiting times. I arrived to Queens Hospital at 12pm on Monday 8th and left on Tuesday 9th around 2pm. Finally seen by doctor about 9am on Tuesday 9th, after being hours asking for painkiller. Tuesday Morning team on were great, attentive and faster tho, but I have never experienced such a bad service as received by ED day and night teams on Monday 8th
