So fed up as I feel you do not listen to us the patients, carers of the patients.
What is the point of this feedback sheet when not a lot happens.
We have 2 small children age 6 yrs and 10 yrs. We keep telling you about the fact we cannot get childcare after 5 pm but still we get appointment for 2 pm in the afternoon and with the delay we do not get out of here before 7 pm. We ask for early appointment to the children! :-) it also upsets us when you have appointment time and there is not treatment ready but if we were late you probably would not do it!
Fed up with it all!
