Shocking service. 14 hours and counting… plenty of people doing nothing. 14 hours for blood tests results - insane.

SPEAK to people. Don’t tell someone it’ll be a few hours which turn in 14 AND I’m still sitting here. I slept as much as I could on a chair all night not ONE hospital staff member has spoken to me since I had my blood taken at 12:30am it’s now 11:56am, nearly 12 hours. Disgusting.
