There are always areas to improve. The staff were brilliant as always. They worked hard to ensure my needs could be delivered. I thank them for that.
Suggested improvements
Taking senior doctors out on a humanities course. They can learn some manners. People have been unwell for days and to be treated like numbers by senior doctors. :)
