My doctor Miss Norma Lewis was amazing along with the wonderful nurses. They did a wonderful job so couldn’t fault them. The situation in your hospital was Dior. The wait time was about 9 hours and there wasn’t enough space around. There were about 90 people waiting in the corridors and outside.

Suggested improvements
I don’t think you could manage with the amount of health care professionals available but understand under the circumstances it’s very difficult for them.
