Friendly staff and helpful.
Improvements:
Timings could be better.
Appointments should be more flexible. We tried to change time prior to appointments as we have small children in school who need picking up.
The parking is an absolute nightmare. We almost missed the time slot given. Maybe write on appointment letters that parking will be taking up a lot of time.
