The nursing and ancillary staff were really good but the doctor never communicated with me and when I complained about the 7 hour wait he told me I was next in line to see a doctor- when I said that I wanted to discharge myself at 9.30 he said that doctors would be on at 10 pm and I would be seen then but by 10.15 I was still waiting - I spoke to other patients and they told me that they had been told the same.

Suggested improvements
Get the doctors to communicate with the patients and stop using corridors as wards - the hospital needs to be organised but it was chaotic - I was moved several times to different corridors - someone needs to change the ethos of the hospital.
