The doctor was very supportive and made me feel at ease. He made me feel confident that my issues will be resolved.
Suggested improvements
The prescription that was supposed to be sent to my GP wasn’t sent for 2 weeks after the appointment. Also, I couldn’t reach the neurologist assistant on the phone. It’s literally impossible to talk to them.
