I was there over three hours had bloods taken when partner asked what’s happening they couldn’t find my notes no apology no nothing from them the two nurses looking after everyone was rather short with people one nurse wanted to use a wheelchair for a patient so tried to kick someone that just came in to a&e out of there’s and the old lady told them she wasn’t giving the chair up as they were unable to walk if they needed the toilet etc they would be stuck the nurse was annoyed and walked off in the hump to come back 5mins later with another wherlchair so the nurse that needed it just couldn’t be bothered to go get one instead trying to force another patient out of the one they were using. I had to ask for my cannula to be romoved six times they just totally blanked me I ripped it out myself and threw it on there desk and left queens hospital are a joke rude staff three-four hours and not one person came to see me still have this issue it’s never gonna change as the staff are over worked and underpaid you pay peanuts your gonna get monkeys nhs service has no funding and to many immigrants are putting the nhs under.

Suggested improvements
Better staff training and more information timelines etc when I was there I find it relatively quiet going on previous visits and yet it’s still bad I try avoid using queens as if you ever say anything they lose it I’ve had security called because I have spoken out I’ve had lies put on my hospital notes I’ve even had social services called even tho I wasn’t there with my kids I mentioned them while having an issue so they decided to file a fake report to social services who came out to us and couldn’t see why they were called in the first place just another nhs staff memeber abusing there powers cause I said how poor they were no swearing no aggression no nothing just calling them out so queens is somewhere I try avoiding a lot
