We where made to wait 3 hours for a simple discharge form to be filled in. Communication was very poor. The ward was dirty bin overflowing dirt on flow. Vomit left for 4 hours. Ruth the care associate was exactly at { } tolerable.

Suggested improvements
* Improve comms with patient and parents. * Simplify discharge procesos. * Hold company that does cleaning to account. * Complete a process improvement workshop. * Improve care for parents who do not have family to support them.
