In overall, your staff are very good and respectful. However I did some instances where the way of communication serious and may be inexperience but some people still could be better. Overall good.

I did notice that the information on the whiteboards was out of date – it showed 23rd april and I was not admitted until the 24th and then moved further on 25th – could have been quite serious and an audit would have failed the ward- must fix.
