I gave the above answers because I have spent 6 hours in Urgent Care department last night and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had! I had to ask multiple times for paracetamol and was ignored, also 2 members of staff were talking bad about me, they didn’t know I was right behind them! After all that waiting in pain I was told I’m suspecting to have gullbladder stones but they cannot do the scan until the next day and I have to go home ( this was 3am ) what an absolute joke! I was in so much pain and waited for nothing. How can a machine( ultrasound) only work in the morning ? I should of been told this at the beginning of the process not be made to wait 6 hours then be send home and to come back next day and wait again another 4 hours to get my scan. I have been through this before and Lister hospital never told me they have a machine which only works on certain times on the day.

Suggested improvements
The patient has the right to be keep in the loop of what is going on , if I was told from the beginning of the process that i cannot get the ultrasound until the next day I would of gone home!
