Doctor was good, no issue.
Staff dealing with appointment nurse/care assts ?
Absolute shambles, had notes, lost notes, lied about notes, found notes. Communicating with patients was poor, not just my appointment observed two others with same issue. The majority of time staff were standing around talking about what they watched on TV, what they were having for dinner.
Suggested improvements
A system go staff to follow - patients being told who they will be seeing, if clinic was running late.
It isn’t the waiting that is irritating, it’s not being informed and then fobbed off and lied to.
