I was appalled at the lack of communication between both the staff with each other and with me the patient . I felt more and more worried as the hours and hours passed .

Suggested improvements
Clear and simple communication, in an understandable accent , told clearly would allay fear . I had to ask for nearly all the pertinent information about my operation/procedure . My faith in the system fell dramatically when I , the patient , had to explain to one of the urologist team how to interpret the CT scan . He was convinced it was my right kidney that was the problem . I had to explain to him that it was the left kidney and showed him why , using the picture !! I was worried !
