After 6 1/2 hours waiting at king George’s I was told to come to queens and I would be seen straight away after waiting at queens another 7 hours I was given a armchair to sit on. After another 12 hours I got a bed to lay in. After being starved of food and drink for 24 hours I was given food. Next day I had surgery and my experience was much better
