Doctor spoke to us before the procedure (the some doctor we had seen in previous clinics which was nice).
All the nurses were very friendly and helpful.
Suggested improvements
We arrived at 7:20 am as request, seen at 10:40, 3 hours was along time for my 85 years old dad to wait (goit anxious), but I do understand.
