- Parking is shocking, and I will now pay more due to the delay.
- 50 minute announced delay on clinic as not enough time given for each patient.
- No voucher for tea or coffee so costa etc must be delighted they could handle queues though!!
- Elaine outside has nice and did apologize which was good.
