I was told to go to urgent care by 111 by midnight. I was not assessed until 1:20am and then saw a doctor at 07:20. To me this is not acceptable. There was one doctor working for the whole clinic. Once I was seen I did get a good service but 7 hours to see a doctor was too much.

Suggested improvements
Sign posts could be better on which queue to join. More staff would be good. I was told a wait of 2.5 hours initially. My wait wa more than double this
