Jo who is my Band 6 Physiotherapist (Neuro) is exceptional. She took great time and care to listen to my needs and worked hard to organise exercise programmes that would suit my needs and could be adapted. Jo worked above and beyond in my opinion and even emailed lots of information to my daughter about exercises as well as groups and activities I can in Redbridge. She was very kind, dedicated, motivating, professional and knowledgable. My daughter and I shall miss her in outpatients as she goes back to work on HASU.
