Short staffing has put pressure on midwives to just ‘do the job’ the care and compassion makes a huge difference to women in vulnerable positions, especially after labour.
Suggested improvements
To respond without judgement- especially first time mums.
Midwives- Kacey and Anita (Student midwifes) = amazing!
Endrela- incredible.
