The doctor/carer
urse who walked me to the or was very nice. She put me at ease by talking to me with compassion.
Jacqueline (nurse) who looked after me post surgery was very nice and kind too. :)
Suggested improvements
It is quite cold, and I had to ask for blanket (Extra).
