Me my 96 year old mother and 10 year old foster child were involved in a head on collusion. We were all separated and it made it difficult to manage the situation. The nurses were rude and abrupt in particular one I Red who told me if I went to children’s A&E I would miss my place in the adult queue. I was also not allowed to be with my mother. I continually asked for my mothers pad to be changed and it wasn’t for hours. When we checked heavy blood loss was seen. It was only then my mother was dealt with in the urgency she deserved and was diagnosed with a swollen left ovary and what was listed as minimal bleeding but was prescribed mediation to stop it. I was crated but my injuries not viewed by a doctor. I was in severe pain and eventually was given liquid morphine. But no one assessed my severe bruising and I was not prescribed anything. This is the worse experience I have ever received from a nhs trust

Suggested improvements
Employ more staff whether temporary or permanent and ensure staff know the customer charter. The security guards are overbearing and not up to date on the law. I was told by two I can not be with my mum yet I am here power of attorney
