There is room for improvement.

This is an event that I witnessed whilst sitting in the Hot Clinic Reception. An ambulance crew of two dropped a wheeling crying old lady in a wheelchair to the clinic as she was feeling unwell, there was some sort of discomfort with the tubes from what i overheard. Whatever the cause, she was in pain and need of immediate attention. However the A&E department had sent her here. The receptionist obviously couldn’t schedule her into the doctors busy schedule. And she’s still sat next to us in the waiting area, it’s been an hour since the ambulance crew dropped her here in Hot Clinic Reception. It’s really disappointing and heartbreaking to witness such an event. What if that were me, how would I feel, that’s the question we should be asking ourselves.
