There is no question of how much of my time is spent in A&E, the answer is 12 hours before the first doctor sees me. That is ridiculous. After speaking to one of your nurse who happens to be a part timer, told me the many nurses over 6-12 months leave NHS and work privately because they paid them higher. I ask NHS to stop this behaviour. The same nurse looks like that she was new and she did not have much experience. She was about to inject me with lots of air bubbles. I would be in serious injury has she allowed the air bubbles to enter my bodies.

Suggested improvements
Hi staff in the A&E so that the time for A&E is reduced and also the doctors and nurses 24 hours a day. ask a question for yourself why so many doctors been leaving or not? Happy and also pay them the right amount so that you can retain all the doctors and nurses. Also, please train them effectively because those Nurses are properly trained and they can treat the patients effectively. There would have been a serious injury had the above nurse allowed the bubbles to go in my body. I have the picture of those bubbles, but there’s no option to attach it
