Was sent an information sheet to fill in was not asked about tools all my medication again was not asked for that information .Had a phone call in the morning about a steroid injection the person who called didn’t know when that was done .Was not seen by the consultant on the letter and was told I needed an MRI scan which would take at least 3 months .Was not allowed to see my X Rays to see where the problem was and said it wasn’t necessarily my hip it could be my back .Why have I paid my full stamp and worked all my life for is a disgrace

Everything it’s just a shambles and patients are expected to live in pain for the rest of their lives
