I was a little anxious before I entered the room. I was greeted by HCA Sophie who with a friendly smile asked me how I was. My consultant was Shachi Mishra who was so caring and explained everything and if the treatment was too painful she would stop and I could return another time. RN Lauren was equally friendly and professional. Whilst I was having the investigation Sophie was encouraging me, letting me know how well I was doing and all 3 ladies chatted with me about holidays, their interesting lives and asking about mine. They got me through quite an uncomfortable procedure in parts. I cannot say enough about how friendly and professional they all were, not only to me, but to each other
